ACFI has implemented measures to protect team members and collaborators from COVID 19 regarding recommendations of the Ministry of Health, and activating work protocols accordingly.
Our company is taking all necessary measures to face the crisis situation, giving the highest priority to health and safety to protect our customers, our team members and anyone who is in contact with our network.
Given the exceptional situation, part of our team is working home office to ensure that everything works smoothly to lessen the impact as much as possible.
Our working hours for office, warehouse and factory have not changed. You may always reach us from the usual contact channels, either by phone or email.
Our carriers will continue to provide most of their services as normal for both domestic and international shipments. Although for obvious reasons, there may occur some delivery restrictions / delays.
Even in a time of particular difficulty, we continue to strive to guarantee our customers the best quality of service.
All these measures are provisional pending further recommendations from the authorities, and may be modified according to need, always with the aim of preserving the health of all.
